There is SO MUCH health information out there...where do you even begin?? It’s all so overwhelming that it’s almost easier just to stick to your current routine, even if you are heavier than you'd like to be, exhausted and fed up.


 

Even if you know you *should* be eating more vegetables and eating less takeout… making the changes that will actually make a difference just feels too hard. 


So for 8 weeks, we’re going to make it easy for you and walk you through the best health changes you can make, together with a community of other people who have the same goals as you. Not only will you lose weight but you will learn how to make those changes sustainable.





Here’s what you’ll get:


  • Challenge Guidelines - When you sign up, you will get the full Challenge guidelines and food list. We also make deciding what to eat easier with our delicious recipe book.

  • Coaching App - Our coaching app will keep you accountable and help you stay on plan. You will get a daily blog post to help you succeed and build lifelong skills.

  • Metric tracking - Through our coaching app you will keep track of different progress metrics such as weight, photos, measurements etc. on a bi weekly basis

  • Facebook Group - Share your journey with others in the challenge Facebook group. Be part of a community where you can swap tips and get support every step of the way.

  • Support - You will get regular tips and information so that you feel confident doing the challenge...and if you do get stuck, you can message us anytime!

  • Accountability - We will get you all the way through the challenge and help you to succeed every step of the way!


The aim is to eat minimally processed , whole foods. Each week will be a different theme/habit that you will work on. You will receive lessons delivered directly to you through our coaching app as well as check in questions each day to keep you accountable. This challenge is designed to help you learn to eat for sustainable weight loss even after the program is over. This is a habit based program, no personal calories will be given however, portion control and serving sizes will be covered.  Slow and steady wins the race! We strive for progress not perfection!


Once you sign up you will receive an email with instructions on downloading the app within a day or two.
